CORONOVIRUS: SOCIAL HOUSING STAFF

Service Delivery briefing

This briefing defines who the key workers are within the social housing sector. This was agreed by the Social Housing Resilience Group and is intended to support social landlords in making decisions locally about essential service provision.

The Social Housing Resilience Group includes the SFHA, Scottish Government, the Scottish Housing Regulator, the Association of Local Authority Chief Housing Officers, Wheatley Group and the Glasgow and West of Scotland Forum of Housing Associations.

The SFHA is working with Scottish Government and the Scottish Housing Regulator on producing a standard authentication letter which will be issued to key workers in the social housing sector.
