One Year of Covid – Scottish Local Government Member Survey

One Year of Covid – Local Government Member Survey

We know that the past year has been difficult for all our members working across local government.  Whether you have been on the frontline, supporting the frontline or working from home, Covid has had an impact on everyone.

As we pass one year of life in the pandemic, we want to hear how it has impacted on your working life, how you have felt about the changes it has brought and what we as your trade union should be prioritising in our negotiations with your employer in the year ahead.

Members will receive a short survey from us very soon and we would be hugely grateful if you could complete it – it will take less than 10 minutes of your time and the information you give us will really help inform our arguments at the negotiating table.

If for any reason you haven’t received the survey by e-mail by 1st April please check your Spam folder in the first instance.  If you haven’t received it at all it is likely because we do not have an up to date e-mail address for you – please update your details here. https://www.unison.org.uk/my-unison

This is a survey of UNISON members.  If you are not yet a UNISON member join today. https://www.unison-scotland.org/join-us/

We would appreciate you filling in the survey as soon as you can, but certainly by Monday 12 April.

Many thanks,

Johanna Baxter, Head of Local Government,  and  Mark Ferguson, Chair, Local Government Committee.
